What It Means To “Be.On.Purpose.” - Setting an intention is literally about “being on purpose” and it is the secret ingredient to every endeavor we embark on. Based in free will, it helps us prepare for something new while sending a clear message to our higher self and inner world we are present, focused, and ready to commit.

DEFINE clearly what you want to work on or toward - Write it in the present tense as if it has already occurred. Make it realistic, specific, achievable, measurable, and then attach a date you’d like to achieve it by. Make sure your goal(s) are created from a place of Love AND you’ll want to initially nurture them in silence. This provides a safe container for them to materialize without interference. Remember, plants that are fruitful are the result of seeds first nurtured in warmth, darkness, and silence.
FEEL your goals into reality - Your brain likes to live in truth, so when you associate positive emotions with what you want to achieve, your brain gets to work to align your goals with your reality. Close your eyes and imagine every detail of what your life would feel like to accomplish your goals. Feel the joy, excitement, abundance, or wellness in the achievement and imagine every aspect of what you know is already yours. Do this daily.
STEP into your plan - Understand . . . this IS a partnership. Your goals need you to focus on the activity and NOT the outcome. Begin by writing out at least one achievable action step you can take each day (or consistently). Follow through even if it’s just a baby step. Continue expanding or adding new steps. Working your plan is literally what defines the difference between you wanting something and having it. FLOW with your intentions - Give the Universe the space and flexibility it needs to guide you on your path and KNOW that all is well. When you view a photograph, it is comprised of a million little details that all came together for that one moment. The same is true for your vision. Surrender to the process. Whether “The Flow” results in what you thought you wanted or what the Universe wants you to have, infuse it with joy and gratitude. You got this!
